How to Use Estella Portables?

FIRST TIME USERS
BEFORE USE
Step 1: Cleanse Your Face
Before using Estella Portables, it’s important to wash your face. Cleansing removes excess dirt, oil, and impurities, allowing the device to work more effectively. A clean surface ensures better absorption of the treatment, maximizing results.
Step 2: Apply Ultrasound Gel or Water-Based Gel
Place ultrasound gel, aloe vera gel, or water-based serums on the device.
Please be careful not to let any liquid fall into the charging port of the device.
Step 3: Turn on the Device
Press and hold the on/off button (the elongated button) until the device's name appears on the screen.
Step 4: Select the Desired Program
Scroll through the options on the screen using buttons 1 and 2 located next to the display, then confirm your selection by pressing the on/off button.
Step 5: Select the Intensity Level
Use the same buttons 1 and 2 to select the intensity level, ranging from 1 to 5. We recommend starting with level 1 if you have sensitive skin. Once you've chosen the desired intensity, press the on/off button to start the program.
Step 6: Place the Device on Your Skin
Position the device at a 90º angle on your skin and enjoy the program.
IMPORTANT: Although you can start with any program you prefer, we recommend that, whenever possible, you begin with the lymphatic drainage program as shown in the video, followed by the program of your choice. This sequence ensures optimal results.
AFTER USE:
Step 1: Turn Off the Device
Once the program finishes, indicated by a sound, turn off the device by pressing and holding the on/off button until the screen goes dark.
Step 2: Clean and Store the Device
Wipe the device with a damp cloth and cover it with the protective cap.
Usage Time: 90–120 minutes
Daily Use Possible (Recommended every 2–3 days)
Maintenance Recommendations:
- Follow the User Manual: Always start by thoroughly reading the user manual provided with the device. This will ensure you understand all functions and safety precautions.
- Cleanse Your Skin First: Before using the device, cleanse your face to remove any impurities or makeup. This allows for better absorption and effectiveness of the treatment.
- Use Recommended Gels: Apply only the recommended ultrasound or water-based gels. These gels are specifically designed to enhance the device’s performance and prevent damage to your skin.
- Adjust Intensity Appropriately: Start with the lowest intensity setting, especially if you have sensitive skin, and gradually increase as needed. This helps your skin acclimate to the treatment.
- Maintain Proper Device Angle: Ensure the device is held at a 90º angle to your skin for optimal contact and effectiveness. Avoid pressing too hard.
- Limit Treatment Duration: Follow the recommended treatment duration for each program. Overuse may not increase benefits and could lead to skin irritation.
- Avoid Sensitive Areas: Be cautious around delicate areas, such as under the eyes, and avoid using the device on broken or irritated skin.
- Clean the Device After Use: Wipe the device with a clean, moist cloth after each use to remove any gel or residue. This helps maintain hygiene and prolongs the life of the device.
- Store Properly: Keep the device in a cool, dry place when not in use. Always cover it with the protective cap to prevent dust and damage.
- Consult Professionals: If you have specific skin conditions or concerns, consult with a skincare professional before using the device to ensure it is appropriate for your needs.
- Avoid Direct Contact with Water: Do not immerse the device in water or use it in wet conditions. Clean only with a damp cloth.
Additional Usage Tips for Your Devices:
- Consistent Use: For the best results, use the device consistently as part of your skincare routine. Regular use helps maintain and enhance the benefits over time
- .Avoid Excessive Pressure: Apply the device gently to avoid any discomfort or damage to your skin. Let the device do the work without pressing too hard.
- Keep the Device Dry: Ensure that the device is always dry before storing it. Avoid using it in excessively humid conditions.
- Use as Directed: Follow the recommended program settings and guidelines for each treatment. Adhering to these instructions ensures optimal performance and safety.
- Clean After Each Use: Always clean the device after each use to remove any residue or gel. This helps maintain hygiene and prolongs the lifespan of the device.
- Avoid Contact with Water: Do not submerge the device in water or use it in the shower. The device should only be cleaned with a damp cloth.

How to do Lymph Massage?
Below we show the steps to perform an effective lymphatic drainage on the facial area. Please take note of each video. You can also use these movements for other programs.
Remember to cleanse your face and apply a gel, serum, or another water-based cosmetic to allow the device to glide smoothly over your skin, keeping a 90º angle with the skin.
The videos are divided into 9 different areas; please try to follow them in that order.
LYMPH MASSAGE
Please pay attention to the movement speed in each video.
1. NECK AREA
Divide de netch into four sections and relax each area.
2. CHIN AREA
Lift upwards from under de chin to below the ear, repeating four times.
3. JAWLINE AREA
Lift upwards from the center of the chin to the earlobe, repeating four times.
4. CHIN AND CHEEK AREA
Lift upwards from the center of the chin to the corner of the mouth, then lift from the corner of the mouth to the center of the ear, repeating 4 times.
5. NOSTRIL AND CHEEKBONE AREA
Lift from above the nostril to the point in front of the eye, then lift from the point in front of the eye to the temple, repeating four times.
6. NOSTRIL - UPPER CHEEKBONE - TEMPLE AREA
Lift from above the nostril to the point in front of the eye, then lift from the point in front of the eye to the temple, repeating four times.
7. EYEBROW AREA
Relax the muscles above the eyebrow, repeating four times.
8. FOREHEAD
Start from the center of the forehead, passing through the pressure points, and finish at the shoulder line.
9. PRESSURE POINTS
Start from the center of the forehead, passing through the pressure points, and finish at the shoulder line.
