Delivery
⁃ Within Korea : Products will be shipped within two days after receiving the order and it may take up to 1 week for completion of delivery.
⁃ Outside of Korea : Products will be shipped within two days after receiving the order and it may take up to 2 weeks for completion of delivery.
Refund and Exchange
⁃ You should return or request a refund for the product within 5 days after the day of arrival in the event of a change of mind. (The product is not refundable or exchangeable after opening the package.)
⁃ If the product is defective, you can exchange it even if it is opened. ⁃ You cannot refund or exchange the product if it cannot be resold due to damage, removal of the tag, or missing components(including free gifts). •
⁃ Your request for a refund or exchange will be processed after the product is returned and checked for its condition, which will take around 2 or 3 days after its arrival.
