退款政策

• You should return or request a refund for the product within 5 days after the day of arrival in the event of a change of mind.(The product is not refundable or exchangeable after opening.)
• If the product is defective, you can exchange it even if it is opened.
• You cannot refund or exchange the product if it cannot be resold due to damage, removal of the tag, or missing components (including free gifts).
• Your request for a refund or exchange will be processed after the product is returned and checked for its condition, which will take around 2 or 3 days after its arrival.
